A few things are changing (and a few never will)

Things change. Always and eternally.

We've had some recently. Our long-time coach and a valued teammate moved on to build his own thing. We wish him well, truly.

That shift meant some maintenance under the hood... including how we show up for you, our partners, and subscribers. So let me tell you straight what's staying, and what's not.

What won't change

Our consistency. The cadence, yes, but more than that, the promise to bring you something worth your minutes every time. Useful content. Real conversations. Change agents in your company.

Our position. Independence. Resilience. Common sense, a little stoic philosophy, and strong leadership. That's the spine, and it's not going anywhere.

Our mission. We help restoration company owners and their teams build and scale a business that delivers the life they actually dream of. Same as day one.

What will change

The day. Mondays are chaos, nobody's got room to sit and think when the week's on fire. We're moving to a time when you can actually read and use what we send.

The name. They're Field Notes now. Because that's the truth of it. I'm in the field when I run into these subjects, and I write a brief on them.

The voice. More mine. More Klark. Different feel, same aim: you. And a few new looks along the way.

So here's my ask. If you're subscribed, read the ones where the topic might add value. Skip the ones that don't — I'd rather earn your attention than assume it.

If something lands, share it. I'd bet someone you know needs the same thing.
