HOW IT WORKS
The format is simple and it runs itself.
The Setup
Every Table is a group of five vetted restoration operators.
You meet ideally every week — same day, same time — for one hour.
The Hour
10 mins: Share a win
40 mins: One person takes the seat. They bring a challenge, the group focuses entirely on them, asks questions, and reflects.
10 mins: Share what you're working on next.
The Rotation
The hot seat comes back to you roughly once a month. There is a rotating moderator. Its the person who was in the seat last session. They run the next one. No head of the table.
THE COMMITMENT
This works because everyone in the room chose to be there.
Sessions are standing.
You show up prepared, or you don't hold a seat.
One missed session without notice, and the group addresses it.
The second time, the seat opens.
Not a punishment.
That's the standard that makes the room worth being in.
THE INVESTMENT
$600
/quarter
Paid upfront. That's your commitment and your seat.
Renewed every 90 days.
No long-term contract.
At the end of each quarter, you decide whether to stay.
If the price gives you pause, that's okay. This might not be the right time.
EVERY SEAT MATTERS
Our team will be building each Table personally. Reviewing every application. Placing members with intention, not randomly. Five people who complement each other, challenge each other, and have each other's backs.
We will start small and grow slowly. Every seat matters, and every Table is built with intention.
